Return Policy

Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
To begin a return, please email us with your order number included in the message. A prepaid return label will be sent to you via email.

Once your item arrives back at Ruminant & Co. in its original, undamaged condition, your refund will be initiated. Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to process, depending on your bank.

Please note: Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
