Miranda Seim is a mixed media artist working primarily with acrylic paint, fabric, and collage. Her process combines dyed and hand-painted textiles with individually painted and cut elements, which she assembles to build texture, pattern, and dimensional spaces and forms. Inspired by folklore, familiar environments, and the natural world, Seim explores the ways memory and story shape our sense of place. Through layered materials and rich color, she creates works that feel at once familiar and imagined.
